General Information

  • Country Splash takes place September 4–6, 2026 on the beach at Paradisus Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico – an intimate, limited-capacity destination experience designed to keep the music close and the weekend seamless.

  • Country Splash is an 18+ event. All guests must be at least eighteen (18) years old to attend, with a valid government-issued photo ID required for entry each day.

  • International guests must have a valid passport for the duration of their stay in Mexico.

  • Re-entry is permitted throughout festival hours – your wristband allows you to move freely between the festival, your hotel, and the rest of Cabo.

  • Country Splash accepts all major credit and debit cards and cash onsite, with select vendors also supporting Apple Pay and Android Pay.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is recommended for your Country Splash trip. We’ve partnered with Wanderwell to offer guests an affordable solution. Travel insurance will be available to add during the purchase process and can also be purchased separately, please reach out to us to purchase. Wanderwell is a Certified B-Corp and 1% for the Planet member.

For all hotel and villa package guests, you will receive a form to fill out prior to arrival to collect your flight information to ensure a smooth experience when arriving & departing Cabo San Lucas.

Event Transportation

Hotel & Villas Package guest can enjoy included roundtrip shuttle service between the hotel and festival grounds each show day.

The festival is easily accessible via Uber and is a short ride away for those staying in the downtown area.

Traveling to Mexico

Once you have purchased a hotel or villa package, you can book your flight into Cabo and we’ll handle the rest! Whether you’re arriving at San José del Cabo International (SJD) or Cabo San Lucas International (CSL), you’ll be seamlessly transported to your accommodations.

‍Keep in mind that when traveling internationally, it’s important to plan ahead. We recommend allowing 2.5 to 3.5 hours for customs, shuttles, and event check-in. We also recommend flying into San José del Cabo International (SJD) as it is closer to the package properties.

All flight details will be collected prior to your arrival. If flight details are not provided in advance before the cut off date, you may need to use airport shuttle services on a standby basis.

‍Please note: Airport shuttle transportation is only available between September 3-7, 2026. Additionally, transportation is only provided from the Cabo airports to your festival package accommodations. If you plan to stay elsewhere before or after your package dates, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation.

Documentation

If you’re traveling internationally to Cabo—including all guests coming from the U.S.—a valid passport is required for entry into Mexico.

We recommend checking your passport well in advance to ensure it meets all travel requirements and remains valid for your trip. You can review full passport guidelines here.

For hotel and villa package guests, a valid passport will also be required at check-in upon arrival.

Children

Country Splash is an 18+ experience. All guests attending the festival must be eighteen (18) years of age or older — no exceptions.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry each day.

While the festival itself is adults-only, select hotel partners do accommodate families. Family-friendly properties include:

  • Dreams Los Cabos — Kids’ club ages 3–12, open 9am–10pm. On-site babysitters (hotel staff) available. Movies on the beach nightly. Best option for young children.
  • Hilton Los Cabos — Kids’ club for all ages. Internal and external babysitters permitted.
  • Montage Los Cabos — Kids’ club minimum age 5. On-site snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding. External babysitter program available.
  • Las Ventanas al Paraíso — No formal kids’ club. Up to 1–2 in-room babysitters permitted. Concierge-arranged activities available. Lazy river in pool complex.

Adults-only properties include Paradisus Los Cabos and Marquis Los Cabos.

Guests under 18 are not permitted on festival grounds. If you’re traveling with children, our concierge team can assist with childcare services and help plan your stay so everything feels seamless.

Health & Safety

Your safety and well-being are a core part of the Country Splash experience. Our team works closely with local partners to ensure a secure, well-managed environment across all festival grounds and partner properties.

All guests will pass through a quick security check upon entry. We recommend reviewing the prohibited items list in advance, as restricted items will not be permitted inside the festival.

If you need medical assistance at any point, our on-site medical team is available throughout all festival hours. You can also reach out to any Country Splash team member or visit Guest Services for immediate support.

If something doesn’t feel right, let us know — our team is here to help and respond quickly.

For transportation, we encourage all guests to plan ahead. If you’re not utilizing provided shuttles or arranged transportation, please do not drink and drive.

Accessibility

Country Splash is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests.

If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to reach out to our team in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements and ensure your weekend feels seamless from arrival to departure.

Accessible Accommodations
The following accessible room types are available at Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, subject to availability:

  • Deluxe – King Bed (Handicap Accessible)
  • Deluxe – Two Queen Beds (Handicap Accessible)

If you require an accessible room, please contact our team after booking so we can coordinate directly with the hotel and confirm availability.

Accessible Transportation
Accessible transportation can be arranged for guests with mobility needs. We recommend reaching out ahead of your trip so we can plan accordingly.

Festival Accessibility
Country Splash offers:

  • Accessible entry lanes at festival entrances
  • Designated accessible viewing areas at stages
  • Accessible restroom facilities throughout the grounds
  • On-site medical support throughout all festival hours

Accessible viewing areas are reserved for guests requiring accommodations and one companion.

Service Animals
Service animals are permitted within the festival. We recommend confirming your hotel’s individual policy in advance of your stay.

Terms & Conditions

All Country Splash purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest through TIXR (one transfer per ticket). We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection at checkout.

Country Splash is a rain-or-shine event.

All guests and personal items are subject to security screening upon entry. Please review the prohibited items list in advance, as restricted items will not be permitted inside the festival.

Any approved changes to your order after purchase may be subject to additional fees.

Event dates, programming, artists, and hotel details are subject to change as we continue to refine the full weekend experience.

What Can I Bring Into The Venue

For everyone’s safety, all guests and personal items are subject to a brief security check upon entry. We ask that you respect the festival environment and those around you — items that are not permitted will not be allowed inside, and failure to follow guidelines may result in denied entry or removal from the festival.

Our goal is to keep the experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone throughout the weekend.

Not Permitted Inside Country Splash

To keep the experience safe, seamless, and enjoyable for all guests, the following items are not allowed inside the festival:

  • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons of any kind or items that resemble weapons
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Glass containers, coolers, or large bags
  • Fireworks, open flames, or grills
  • Professional cameras, video equipment, drones, or tripods
  • Tents, umbrellas, tarps, or large shade structures
  • Chairs, furniture, or oversized blankets
  • Flags, totems, or items that may obstruct views
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or motorized devices (excluding approved accessibility devices)
  • Animals (service animals permitted)
  • Laser pointers, glow sticks, or similar items
  • Unapproved flyers, stickers, or vending materials

All guests and personal items are subject to security screening upon entry. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will not be permitted inside.

Permitted Items

To keep your weekend comfortable and effortless, the following items are welcome inside Country Splash:

  • Reusable water bottles
  • Small bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″
  • Reef-safe sunscreen and lip balm
  • Sunglasses and hats
  • Portable phone chargers
  • Personal towels or sarongs (within size guidelines)
  • Purses or fanny packs
  • Non-professional cameras (digital, film, disposable, Polaroid)
  • Earplugs
  • Hair ties
  • Light layers for evening sets
  • Comfortable footwear (sandals or sneakers)
  • Gum or mints
  • Insect repellent
  • Biodegradable glitter
