OFFICIAL RULES

The following Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Country Splash x Idyllwind Cabo Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Internet access and a valid email address are required to participate. Standard message and data rates may apply.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Country Splash Cabo LLC, Idyllwind, Boot Barn, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, sponsors, prize providers, and anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on August 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on August 16, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period, participants must:

Follow @CountrySplash on Instagram.
Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the official Sweepstakes Instagram post.
Complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion of all required entry actions.

Limit one (1) entry form submission per person unless otherwise stated. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, fraudulent accounts, or other fraudulent methods to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 17, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during registration.

The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner.

GRAND PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) four-day/three-night hotel stay at a Country Splash Partner Hotel during the designated Country Splash festival weekend.
Two (2) 3-Day VIP Splash Passes, including Premium Open Bar at the festival.
Round-trip airport transportation in Cabo between Los Cabos International Airport and the designated hotel.
One (1) $250 Idyllwind eGift Card.
One (1) Miranda Lambert autographed ball cap.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,350 USD.

Actual retail value may vary. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prize is valid only for the designated Country Splash festival weekend and travel dates specified by Sponsor.

Winner and guest must travel on dates determined by Sponsor and comply with all hotel, transportation, festival, and venue requirements.

Airfare to and from Cabo is not included in the prize.

The winner and guest are responsible for any expenses not specifically included in the prize, including but not limited to:

Airfare.
Passport and other required travel-document fees.
Meals not expressly included as part of the prize.
Alcoholic beverages outside of those expressly included with the VIP Splash Passes.
Incidental hotel charges.
Resort fees, if applicable.
Gratuities.
Personal expenses.
Travel insurance.
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required for travel to Mexico and participation in the prize experience.

If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value.

WINNER REQUIREMENTS

The selected winner may be required to complete and return:

An Affidavit of Eligibility.
A Liability Release.
A Publicity Release (where permitted by law).
An IRS Form W-9.

Failure to complete requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.

TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the prize awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant found to:

Violate these Official Rules.
Use fraudulent methods.
Tamper with the entry process.
Attempt to interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Country Splash Cabo LLC, Idyllwind, Boot Barn, Instagram, Meta, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize providers from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Entrants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with travel and participation in Country Splash.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photographs, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Country Splash’s Privacy Policy and any disclosures presented on the Sweepstakes entry form.

If a participant separately opts in to receive promotional email or SMS communications, such communications will be subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the Sweepstakes or purchase goods or services.

INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Any legal action relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.
