OFFICIAL RULES
The following Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Country Splash Labor Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Internet access, a valid email address, and a mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages are required to participate. Standard message and data rates may apply.

ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Country Splash Cabo LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, sponsors, prize providers, and anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 7, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 21, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Complete the official Sweepstakes entry form.
Opt in to receive promotional email communications.
Opt in to receive promotional SMS communications.
Bonus Entries
Participants may receive additional entries by completing the following actions:

Comment on the official Sweepstakes Instagram post.
Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments.
Share the Sweepstakes post to your Instagram Story.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion of all bonus entry actions.
Limit one (1) entry form submission per person. Bonus entries are limited to one completion of each qualifying action unless otherwise stated.
Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 22, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during registration.
The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner.
GRAND PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) three-night stay at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort during Country Splash Labor Day Weekend.
Two (2) VIP Splash Passes.
One (1) $250 Flight Gift Card.
Round-trip airport transportation.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,150 USD.
Actual retail value may vary depending on travel dates and availability. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prize is valid only for the designated Country Splash Labor Day Weekend travel dates specified by Sponsor.
Winner and guest must travel on dates determined by Sponsor.
The winner is responsible for any expenses not specifically included in the prize, including but not limited to:
Additional airfare costs exceeding the provided flight credit.
Passport fees.
Meals.
Alcoholic beverages.
Incidental hotel charges.
Resort fees (if applicable).
Gratuities.
Personal expenses.
Travel insurance.
Any applicable taxes.
If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
WINNER REQUIREMENTS
The selected winner may be required to complete and return:
An Affidavit of Eligibility.
A Liability Release.
A Publicity Release (where permitted by law).
An IRS Form W-9.
Failure to complete the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility.
TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the prize awarded.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may disqualify any participant found to:
Violate these Official Rules.
Use fraudulent methods.
Tamper with the entry process.
Attempt to interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Country Splash Cabo LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, partners, sponsors, advertising agencies, and prize providers from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Entrants assume all risks associated with travel and participation in Country Splash.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photographs, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Country Splash’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to receive promotional emails and SMS messages from Country Splash. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to purchase goods or services.
INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:
Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
